She has traveled to 14 countries and has over 20 years of cooking experience, her rich understanding of various culinary traditions and techniques shows in her food and broad cooking methodologies. Her cultural heritage has influenced the flavors and ingredients she incorporates into her dishes, adding a special touch to her creations.  She blends  traditional and modern techniques, and flavors to create a distinctive culinary identity. 

In addition to her culinary expertise, Chef Kristen's 11 years as a Senior Leader at Amazon has developed her strong business acumen. Managing and growing businesses of all sizes across the globe has refined her strategic thinking, leadership skills, and adaptability.
